- KSKari S.4 days ago5.0Just called in to make a change to my ICBC policy - Between gaining my consent, reviewing my policy, making the changes and emailing for e-signing, I had my updated ICBC papers in my hand in under 10 minutes. All without needing to go out in the snow and stand in a line! Shaina was a ray of sunshine, and made it so easy for me. She even took time to explain that when I was ready to change back to the previous coverage it would need both owner's signatures and explained why. Appreciated her setting the expectation for me. Very impressed!
