However, he pursued me to write as his behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional compounded by egoistic and discriminatory gestures that he reflected during our conversation. Did not get satisfactory answers to my questions regarding the cancellation process. Rather, he was unhappy with a bit of extra paperwork that he had to go through to reverse cancellation charges with IVBC. Needs significant improvement on his customer care skills!
