    I recently had a disappointing experience at the office when attempting to register my newly purchased vehicle. Although I understand that a minor error on the VIN number may have caused issues, I was surprised by the staff's handling of the situation. Specifically, they took possession of my transfer form, which serves as proof of ownership, and refused to return it. After escalating the matter to the manager, I was eventually able to retrieve my documents. Unfortunately, due to the unprofessional manner in which my situation was handled, I have decided not to return to this office in the future.
