Even though there was a language difference, he was able to help me to insure my vehicle for a three month term so I can move to Quebec. He told me about how inter-provincial insurance works and how they'll mail the plates back so I can get my money back. Apparently the other reviewer phoned in. Maybe he should get off his ass and walk into the store.
