- CECali DM- EAug 5, 20251.0There is a reason this place has a low star rating, as I have come here 3x and everytime the people that i encounter were very rude and felt superior and its only one race. I have many Indian friends and co workers but these people who work there maybe not being paid enough or just don't know how to do customer service. Not smiling, not even trying to be polite when I asked questions. And I have paid more than I should have with ICBC as I have been debited with a 2 different amounts which was not discussed by the Indian lady I have talked to,not gonna go here again. There are so many brokers around these area that are nice agents. I didnt think about getting their names, but I am pretty sure there are lots of customers who have the same experience as mine. Maybe the managements needs to get a different people or train their staff properly because if they don't want to deal with people, they shouldn't work as an agent and meet with customers at all.

The agent is not familiar with ICBC policies, therefore very inefficient on the tasks, we had to wait 30min to complete a simple task, but in the end the agent mis-spelled the driver’s name! Correcting the name at ICBC is a lengthy process. Very disappointed and will not return.
