- AMAkia MarableAug 18, 20255.0I checked the hours on line and it’s at the office didn’t close until six however, once I got there the doors at 5 PM and I was there at 5:05 PM. Luckily Bill was still inside and actually came out to my car to let me know he could still help me if need be. Unfortunately, we were unable too take care of what I needed at site. But he let me know what I could do to solve the issue. Thank you, Bill!
- DHDavid B. HunterSep 5, 20223.0Apparently Nick the electrician at Great Falls Subaru couldn't reach Mickael to get permission to order a replacement battery. Tyler called me instead. The brand new Western battery was drained I bought in August 2022. Tyler said Nick couldn't get that new battery charged back up. Nick told Tyler to ask me if it was okay to order a Subaru battery. I talked to Chris later and told him to tell Nick to find out what caused that brand new Western battery to get drained. I didn't get a call back to confirm that Nick or Tyler understood. Obviously a circuit board or the wiring harness has a short draining the Western battery. Fix or replace the wiring harness or shorted out circuit board first is what I told Chris to tell Nick and Tyler
