If this is how they treat potential clients, I can only imagine what existing customers deal with. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for an agency that values professionalism, respect, and basic customer service.

Professionalism matters—this interaction lost my business. Your reply perfectly illustrates the issue I mentioned — a complete lack of professionalism. Instead of addressing my experience respectfully, you chose to attack, make personal accusations, and even reference unrelated reviews as if that justifies poor behavior. Whether or not your internal system “has a record” doesn’t change the fact that the interaction occurred and left a lasting negative impression. This kind of combative response to customer feedback says more about your company culture than any marketing ever could. A professional business would listen, learn, and improve — not insult or attempt to discredit people who share honest experiences. Your tone here just proves my point.
