He really knows the Market and he is amazing at explaining what are really complicated options that have a true impact on one's life. He is friendly, provides excellent options and in my experience listens carefully to what are the goals and needs of the particular client. He also keeps to the time frame an is ready with a smile and a handshake when you arrive.
