- DHDale Horton6 days ago5.0The agent was extremely pleasant, friendly and professional in her demeanour. She had a personal engaging approach and attitude that I found very refreshing. I was cancelling a policy with her company that had existed for over 25 years. She was curious about why, but not intrusive into trying to dissuade me. I explained that my new company had been able to present me with more options at a lower cost and her employer had not been able to do so, even though they review the policy content every 6 months. She stated her understanding and within 10 minutes processed the cancellation. Thank you Jacqueline.

We went in and met with Skyler Spicer and we couldn't ask for a nicer, more informed person to talk to. He helped us to find affordable home insurance along with our auto insurance and the nice thing is that if we ever have any questions, we have a lot of nice people in the office that are able to help us unlike the insurance companies that leave us on hold when we call with any questions. So glad we found State Farm Insurance for our insurance needs.
