He called me and I explained to him that my previous insurance company was trying to charge me $255 and it was something I could not afford. He was very patient with me and got back to me the next day. He was very easy to talk to and didn’t make me feel like a burden for not knowing much about policies and technology. He walked me through the process. I requested paper copies of my insurance cards and he sent them right away. He knows how to make people feel at ease and is very good at explaining things. He is my new broker and I will continue to come to him for any insurance needs. Thank you again for all your help Jeremy!
