I can’t even get an updated COI and not to mention get quotes back for various lines of Insurance requested. I’m still waiting to hear back for commercial auto and was waiting on cyber as well. Instead of the agent following up, nothing but crickets. I even referred an individual that owns a few companies, but I spoke too soon. I contacted one company Lumenasa and they had me covered with both commercial auto and cyber the same day!!! Needless to say I won’t be staying with this agency at my renewal. It’s been ridiculous.
