  Do not use this company❗️Very expensive❗️ Very bad experience!!Hello everyone. Around 2 years ago i reached to this company based on one of my friends experience. He was talking very well about them so i decided to go with them. However my agent that i was dealing with was Susan. So what happened was that we got insurance for our personal cars business insurance and home insurance. Susan never asked me about home address so she figured that the adress was the same as where we lived which it wasn’t like that so we paid almost 1 yeah on our home insurance but it was actually not our house was our parents in law where we had the business adress so basically our parents had 2 insurances and we didn’t have our home insured at all. . I have talked to her obviously she blames me 🤷🏻‍♂️. However after a year paying 7500 on comercial insurance on one of my vehicles i decided to get the personal and business on that vehicle since not a builder or companies that we work with don’t ask for vehicle commercial insurance. So i required that and obviously Susan didn’t want that since that’s legal though and optional depending on how do you use the vehicle. She was saying she doesn’t wanna lose her license 😂. She was keep on saying the vehicle title is on business not in my personal which is not true. Anyway , time to renew insurances so we got prices from Susan and others agents as well. We got from Susan over 6k on a Lexus Rx 2020 and Gmc sierra 2021 . Over 6k guys when with this agent we got over 4k including the lexus, gmc and the comercial vehicle that we switched on personal and business. We requested a cancellation of policies and after 2 months of cancellation insurance still charged me monthly payment and i was calling her letting her know that she would pay for that since we requested cancellation like 2 months ago almost. I do not recommend this company. If you want the agent i use now their name is Sarbu & Stan Insurance Services. Call them they will give you a great deal.

  Since May 2022 I’ve asked multiple times for them to take me off their mailing list and they keep emailing me. Progressive is who R. P. Ryan initially got me a policy through, after which I found a policy for almost half the price at Dairyland insurance so I cancelled my policy. Why say this and not follow through? “If you'd prefer not to hear from me by email, please reply back and let me know and I'll update my records accordingly” - R. P. Ryan Insurance

  We have been customers of R.P. Ryan Insurance for several years and they have been wonderful! Colleen works to find us the best deal for our cars and house insurance and has come through for us when we needed help in a hurry. I would highly recommend them.
