Ryan initially got me a policy through, after which I found a policy for almost half the price at Dairyland insurance so I cancelled my policy. Why say this and not follow through? “If you'd prefer not to hear from me by email, please reply back and let me know and I'll update my records accordingly” - R. P. Ryan Insurance
- ALAlfonso LarrivaApr 12, 20195.0Susan is my agent at RP Ryan, and she's very nice, but I think that the best thing about this agency is the people I don't see. Someone running the back desk there is doing a good job of shopping the policy. It's very rare that they don't put me into the best possible policy. I'm under the impression that you might get a more polished salesperson (though admittedly not a more caring one) somewhere else, but the back office at RP Ryan is good. Just my guess, but one of the owners is probably sitting back there and shopping the quotes. We spend about $75,000 a year with them, and I'm leaving this review because while the front end is pretty good, the back end that I never see is arguably even better.
