You really get to see State Farm in all of its glory, once you file a claim, endless run arounds, missed calls, computer generation messages that leas no where, weeks have gone by more than a month and still no resolution and when you call and demand help and attention. They say you’re threatening them and then send you a nasty letter that says you can no longer allowed to visit the facility or they’ll call the police. This is what they call customer service, In other words this office will take your money, but when you need them, they’re nowhere to be found. you get tired of trying to get resolution, and they deliberately make it impossible. Do yourself a favor find a real friend in the industry. It isn’t in this office, for the record saying i am coming down there and staying their until we get the adjuster on the phone is not a threat it is a cry for help to get this claim resolved.
