Not only did Emma not properly setup my commercial auto with my llc in mind, when asked if she could help with general liability insurance, she promised to do it one day but would keep pushing it off until one day she answered the phone, put me on hold and then hung up. I then had to go through another rep named Laura, who was slightly more helpful, but it got to the point I had to cut through the middle man and contact the insurance companies directly to get things done. If you still decide to go through this business, I suggest letting them find you an insurance company, and then contact those companies yourself and handle it with them instead. Very poor customer service and time management. Edit: Got a call from Emma inquiring about my review and saying she's always available and always in the office and to give her a call. Where was this when I needed the help months ago? Cancelled all my services with this organization and took my business somewhere else. I do not recommend going through them.
