- RBRobert BrinesOct 31, 20251.0Good luck trying to make a claim. Claim agents will run you around in circles to make a claim. I had them hang up on me and refuse service just because I “won’t use the app” the app worked for me for about 30 days then GEICO changed their mind and started charging me for non paperless service when I ask for that service they will hang up on you . When you ask for the non appt and to have a service agent come out they straight up refuse! It’s ridiculous

Heath made it sooo easy and manageable and FOUND ME THE PERFECT PLAN IN MY BUDGET! I didn't think it would be so easy to get full coverage at an affordable price for asingle mom! I recommend Heath to ANYONE! I was paying more than $300 a month for insurance and we did some testing and playing around and found one for almost half of that!!!! I am so happy beyond words!!!
