She gave me direction on specific questions I had and recommended alternative options that would suit me better. She also explained in lay-man terms different aspects of the finance world that I hadn't understood beforehand. After our meeting I felt inspired to be more aware and continue learning. I was completed surprised with all the overwhelming information they provided. I told Ivy was didn't have the funds yet to start. She was so understand and didn't call me every month asking when I was ready. She told me to let her know. She is so friendly and a nice person to talk to. I felt like I have known for her years. You have the best customer service. Now days customer service sucks and it's a pleasure to know you understand what customer service is. Thank you so much Ivy!
