Prior to transitioning to the insurance world, I spent 6 years working with the developmentally disabled at both the State and Private level - a very humbling and rewarding experience. The innate desire to help others easily allowed me to deploy that skill-set to help those folks who need my help. I quickly discovered that folks genuinely need help navigating the insurance maze. To accomplish the latter, it takes trust, integrity, know-how, and a true passion to help people with their individual healthcare and life insurance needs. - SIStephanie IvesDec 2, 20255.0I found Mike through an Internet search of Medicare advisors and did a little research on his background and felt comfortable having a meeting with him. He got me in as fast as he could as time is running out and he put in 110%. My situation is very difficult with having chronic illnesses and multiple doctors that are specialists and it’s very hard to find a plan that would have all of my doctors available in one plan. I was having major anxiety over the situation and Mike is a calming presence and we did not stop until we found a plan for me.. It just so happens that it’s also a bigger plan with almost unheard benefits that most of the other Medicare plans have taken away or never even had. Mike spent extra time with me way over the allotted time for our appointment to make sure that I was 100% comfortable. He also made the appointment available to me and fitted me in within 24 hours because he knew of my complicated search. He also is updating me along the way as the application process goes through so that I’m not wondering if something fell through the cracks. I also have since built trust in Mike and felt comfortable asking him for advice on another area related to an important decision I need to make And feel very comfortable getting the recommendation from Mike that I could also trust.
