- TMTad MartinJan 1, 20261.0In the 5 five years I have been with Nate Atkins, I have never spoken to him..He never answers the phone, his employees do all the work…Not sure is he is real or not..lol This past month, my truck insurance and my house insurance was dropped I was just adding another vehicle to my policy and they dropped my current vehicle. I never said anything about dropping my house Insurance… so I was driving around for a week without insurance, technically on my truck, but they told me that it was gonna be OK that they would still be covered had I been in a wreck, but as we all know, it would not have been covered, even though it was their fault for dropping it Every six months when my policy renews, I have to call Nate Atkinson because the paper premium never matches the online premium, so I always to call to doublecheck what the new premium is There are better State Farm agents out there!

She was very nice and gave me all the info I needed. After getting the quotes it was a no brainer to make the switch to State Farm (saving over 2,000$ a year with better coverage) She gave me a walkthrough on everything I needed and couldn’t thank her enough for the help she provided.
