They have not responded to my phone calls and have not followed up with me twice this month, when they know I have a deadline for a replacement homeowners policy. I even stopped in personally on 2/09/24. It appears this company can not handle the business needs of its existing customers. I would suggest you go elsewhere for your insurance needs. I would not recommend this company nor Amber, who just keeps giving excuses why she can't get to my insurance needs.
