The Farm Bureau insurance companies* were formed by a group of Farm Bureau Federation leaders across various states. These leaders shared a vision for providing better service to their members, including lower insurance rates. Their rates are far better then anyone else I received quotes from as well. Definitely would recommend calling or stopping by to get updated quote on your insurance needs!
- EDEdith DJul 9, 20181.0If I could give 0 stars I would, but in order to leave a review I have to give a 1. We changed out Homeowners insurance to a different company effective June 1st 2018. My husband went to this office and filled out the paperwork to have the policy cancelled. He was assured in 3 weeks the money would be sent back to our Mortgage company. Well guess what?!?!?!!?!?!?!? You guessed it, the idiots didn't cancel the policy. My husband went back up there today & was told it would be another 2 weeks before the money would be refunded. This has created a huge shortage in our escrow account and will make our payment go up $200 a month. Never, ever do business with this company!!!!!! One of the reasons we changed was no one would ever get back with us when we called their office. It would be days or weeks before anyone would ever call us back on any occasion. Typical, take your money & give no service. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!!! Customer beware if you choose to do business with this company!!!!!
