Hunter Mays was patient and communicated clearly. The transaction was completed with significantly more courtesy and efficiency than I was experiencing even with the insurance company where I've had insurance for many years. With Hunter, I felt like I was a person, a member of the community--not just number in a quota slowing things down because I had questions. In spite of the current social media promotions that the agents are the reason your insurance is high, I used a "local"business, talked to human agent, and my insurance rate was quoted at half of what I have been paying for many years.
