Changed ownership-no communication, now the Norris Ins Group owns it, same thing. My premium was raised 3 times with no incidents, installment fee raised, late fee raised, all with no communication! It is ridiculous that these companies do whatever they want and get away with it! They don't care about the customer, they care about their pockets. I am over it!

I getting Auto and home owners. They keep saying that they have to call the main office. And does not call you back. This is causing me anxiety and stress.
