Reggie was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the best coverage for my situation—not just selling a policy. If you’re looking for an agent who actually looks out for you and your wallet, I highly recommend Reggie. Switching was 100% worth it.

    After three years with this State Farm agency, we've finally moved all of our policies elsewhere due to consistently poor communication and customer service. When we first signed up, we worked with Cole, who was excellent and attentive. However, after that initial experience, we could never get past the front desk staff to speak with anyone knowledgeable. For three years, whenever our rates increased or we had questions, we received vague answers or were simply brushed off. The final straw came when I inquired about adding my daughter to our car insurance. I was given a dismissive response that they couldn't provide rates until she had her license. Frustrated by the ongoing lack of service, I found another agent in the area who not only provided superior customer service but also beat State Farm's rates. We attempted to keep our umbrella policy with this agency since the rate was competitive. Despite being told it would remain active, they canceled it anyway. After multiple calls and emails from both my husband and me, they agreed to reinstate it and quoted us around $212 (up from $178 due to adding our daughter). Two weeks later, when the policy was finally reinstated, we discovered the bill was nearly $500—more than double what we were quoted. When we called for an explanation, we received the same runaround: inconsistent information, promised callbacks that led nowhere, and excuses about "rates going up 65% across the board." We could never reach Diana, the actual agent, and the staff who answered couldn't provide straight answers. We ultimately canceled the umbrella policy as well. The amount of time and energy we've wasted on phone calls, emails, and chasing down what should be straightforward is absurd. At this point, they should be paying us for all the hours we've spent trying to get basic customer service. This pattern of miscommunication, broken promises, and inaccessibility defined our entire experience with this agency. We weren't even leaving for better rates initially—we left because we needed an agent who would communicate clearly, value us as customers, and actually be available when we needed them. There are many excellent State Farm agents in our area. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. Save yourself the frustration and find an agency that respects your time and business.
