He’s professional, no nonsense yet eager to help. It was a pleasure working with him and I highly recommend asking for Baxley if you’re in need of coverage or just have questions!

Started off great, then Rates increase with little to no explanation took several calls and numerous texts and 3 people with different stories to try and review reasons. The final email explanation did not clarify or math up. Customer service return calls were inconsistent. I went to a competitor (who sent them a cancellation notice and 20 days later SF still billing me!) Competitor saves me over 2400 dollars per year on 3 vehicles than I was paying for only 2 vehicles with SF. Do your homework and price shop.
