    I had an excellent experience working with Peggy Sharkey at GEICO. She went above and beyond to communicate clearly, explain my policy in detail, and make sure I fully understood what to expect moving forward. After a very frustrating experience with the 800-number customer service, Peggy truly turned everything around. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel valued as a customer. Her professionalism and care made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Because of the outstanding service she provided, I have already referred a friend to her. Peggy is a true asset to GEICO, and I am very grateful for her help. Highly recommend working with her if you have the opportunity!

    I was needing to switch insurance companies and fortunately Justin Miller diligently called me after I requested a quote online. I missed several of his calls. I kept getting distracted to call him back. Thankfully he did not give up. This is my second time choosing Geico for auto insurance. Justin was straight forward, professional, courteous, and had a great sense of humor. I felt at ease with him right away which is not always the case.
