I’ve bought a house and added a car, and he responds right away and helped me navigate with coverage options . He also followed up, which I needed . There is another agent in the office that is super nice and helpful too when I stopped in. She knew a lot about Trusts and Estates. I compared pricing with one other place and Allstate was better. My mom also had a car claim and it went seamlessly . The Allstate app still needs some upgrades .
