    Left an after hours message for a quote and he immediately called me Monday AM. Incredibly impressed with Mr Bass's knowledge, attention to detail and responsiveness. I used him as an example in a training session with my employees on how despite all the technology in the world we still seek to do business with people that obviously understand we are in the service business.
