I was able to call Mr. Lankford's office to see if my insurance would cover a tow truck, and I spoke with Samantha. Not only did Samantha inform me that my insurance would cover one, but she had one sent to me and then helped me to find a shop that the truck could tow me to to get a new tire. She was extremely helpful, timely, and kind; she made that trying time for me a lot easier!
