  My insurance policy was great until it wasn’t. Ended on a bitter note with the receptionist Kenzie, arguing with me over the phone about whose fault it was that my address wasn’t updated and no one notified me my policy needed to be renewed. No call or text, just one vague email. I called to renew my policy and she told me she couldn’t because it’s been too long and then she proceeds to argue with me over the phone about whose fault it is about my address not being updated. Extremely unprofessional and obviously not helpful during this time. I have worked in customer relations for over 12 years, never in a million years would I reply “well it’s not technically our fault,” when a customer is upset and then proceed to argue with the customer, raising her voice at me and trying to talk over me any time I tried to get a word in. Extremely unprofessional, it’s unfortunate that’s how my relationship ended with this company. This all easily could’ve been prevented with professional customer service and transparency from my insurance agent.

  Jennifer was very helpful and was easy to get on the phone. I never had to talk to a frustrating time consuming AI assistant or be transferred from department to department. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
