- JSJody SquiresOct 19, 20255.0Gracie did a beautiful job done. Doing my agent : Rich's job. Which he ghosted me never got back to me. Even though i had already spoke to him. I checked with my mtg company( which was our convo. It was urgent to get my ho ins taken care of. Rich apparently doesn't mind that Gracie did what i needed from him. No return call after i left a msg telling him Gracie did the job he receives commission oon. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY !! Very disappointed in Rich. He did a good job initially but thats where it stopped. Bad customer makes an agent to lose customers not gain more busniess. Gracie answered the phone with great confidence, knew every answer, took care of my ho insurance needs & professionally as well. I sure hope this agency reconizes Gracies great job doing & completing everything. Rich my agent didnt all Rich did was to piss me off. I only had 3 days before my ho ins policy lapsed. This is what caused insult to injury. But Gracie you should be the agent not Rich. I would want to have you as my agent any day. Gracie is a great asset to Allstate insurance. Thank you so very much Gracie taking care of things. During crutcal health issues. 6our awesome keep up the great work. I would love to speak to the owner of this agency to inform them of Richs poor treatment of me. Plus the wonderful Gracie. You put my mind at ease.

Myself and my wife just bought a home in North Pole and after talking to a number of other insurance providers decided that this office was the one to go with! Being Military and moving every few years we experiance a large part of the country and a ton of contacts like this and by far Miss. Abby was in the top 5 for understanding, kindness, and willingness to help me understand how this all works for Alaska and their specific company. Super friendly, very easy to get ahold of, and very thorough!
