  I canceled my policy months ago, after having it for 2 days because of a misunderstanding with my other insurance company. It took Geico's insurance people to reach out to me SIX MONTHS after the fact to say that I owed them money. I called to ask them why I got a bill and they said my renters policy was never canceled on their end. So now I need to waste my time go in there (physical office) give them these proves of information and sign paperwork for them AND if I wanted to have taken care of this six month after the fact, they needed 30 days, when I thought it was already canceled. The person who answered the phone, who I was curt with but certainly not rude, (to start with) just gave me all sorts of attitude rather than any sort of understanding or way to sort this out, blaming everything on some ridiculous policy. Terrible customer service, which is why I reached out to Geico ONLY in a moment of desperation. Never make that mistake again. Zero stars.

  I’ve been a GEICO member for over 10 years, but until recently I had never revisited my coverage.   Switching my insurance was incredibly easy, and I ended up saving money! What really stood out was the personal touch that everyone in the office had. They’re always available if I have questions, whether it's a quick call or just walking into the office and even remembered my name. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a local insurance company that really cares about you!

  Amazing experience working with these guys! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn’t find a company to take care of all of my insurance needs because of how limited Alaska can be and not only did I save money, but they cared about the coverage I was getting. It’s not always about price with me, but the customer service matters.. you know? Really great agency highly recommend!

  Being screwed by Neil Peters of Geico. They're client hit me, is denying he did it. Was told it was no problem all the facts add up. Now, nope. Other driver won't answer his phone, so they can't close it until they talk to him. Agent won't even call me now, hiding behind emails. Disgusting lying insurance agents.
