I was a customer to this business for about a year. Here are the reasons I give this place 1 star
- They don’t answer phones and take days to call you back. I had to reach out to State Farm administration to get Amanda to respond to me. Sometimes she won’t even call you back and will text you.
- They rose my insurance even though I’ve had no insurance claims, accidents or tickets for 5 years. I asked why they are raising it she didn’t have a good answer except the market.
- I switched to Allstate and I am saving $1,600 this year.
- Every insurance company I have worked with usually mails a check within 2 weeks. It took 4 months to get my check from State Farm. I cancelled my plan in July and didn’t get my check until October. I had to have Statefarm administration to force Amanda to release the check.
Don’t go to this place. It was the most weird experience I have had with an insurance company. I don’t do things like this (leave public bad reviews) but I had to with this one. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

I signed up for auto and renters insurance. Andromeda from this office was amazing to deal with and I would happily deal with her again. Walked me through the realities of insurance in Alaska and motorist behavior as well as talking through the best options for renters insurance. All of this on top of saving me 50% compared to my previous policy.
