Michelle was absolutely amazing — kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She made the whole driving license road test feel calm and easy. Her positive attitude really helped ease my nerves. Professional, friendly, and supportive from start to finish. Honestly, Michelle is perfect at what she does — a true gem at the registry!

I recently took my driving road test, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The examiner’s behavior was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the test. From the very beginning, her attitude felt dismissive and biased. It seemed like she had already made up her mind about me before I even started driving. Instead of giving fair and constructive feedback, she was rude, impatient, and made comments that came across as discriminatory. I strongly felt that I was not treated with the same fairness or respect as other applicants.

I recently took my road test in Turner Valley near Calgary with examiner Cathy, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I felt like she treated me unfairly and with bias because of my ethnicity. The way she spoke and judged my driving didn’t feel neutral or respectful at all. She deducted points for things I didn’t even do wrong, and the entire test felt extremely one-sided. I had practiced carefully, followed every rule, and drove safely — but the way Cathy behaved made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Turner Valley Drive Test Centre should seriously review how she conducts tests and treats people from different backgrounds.
