Me and my partner used western financial to insure our new apartment. Pamela was the broker assigned to help me and I really couldn’t have asked for anything more, she was as easy to work with as humanly possible and made the whole experience go incredibly smoothly. This was just before Christmas so a very chaotic time, and Pamela made sure that everything was sorted in time for the holidays, which was a huge weight off of our shoulders. Thanks again Pamela!

The people working here really care about who they're helping. Especially Destina. This made a big difference to my daughter who was taking the learners written test. She made her feel so comfortable and when she failed, she made sure my daughter understood why she got some questions wrong and really took the time to really explain what the correct answers were. She was very attentive to making sure my daughter understood what every question was asking and she easily passed the next time. Even though its further away than other location, we will be back here for other things. Wonderful people working here.

I strongly would like you all to know, the experience i had at this registry was above and the most friendly and professional service I had in years. The staff greeted everyone upon entering this registry with a smile and fast service. The ladies seem to all work so well together, such a great team. I even told the lady at the front desk, that this registry makes me want to move there. Such a wonderful place. Thank you Ladies for being so kind, You all made my day....no, made my week, thanks again. Cynthia...

What a difference the ladies at WFG make in Valley Diamond. After 4-5 attempts with several of Westerns's competitors, to exchange my foreign drivers license to my former alberta license, I had come to a complete halt. Not possible I was informed get more documents, it became obvious, that I would get nowhere dealing with these people. I went to WFG, was informed I had more than the required documents. A half hour later it was done with additional help on health and car insurance. Cannot thank these two ladies who helped me so much with no prior notice or appointment. Thank you Joni Caron and Lisa Biggs and all the rest of the staff.

Destina has been incredible to deal with. Understanding and knowledgeable. She pays attention to detail and helped me every step of the way through the registration and licensing of my interprovincial move to Alberta.
