    I've been using them for years, i'm not sure what's changed at this branch lately.. but i can't even get a call back! I've been trying for days, left multiple voicemails (the automated service says will respond within two business hours). Gave up and called head office, At least they could help me there.

    I was with western financial for years. Then the mistakes started, some were resolved, some weren't. Like many people, I lead a busy life and do not have time to babysit others. The clincher was a rude email, I received by the manager Brayden suggesting I could leave if I wanted to. So I did just that. I will let Wawanesa know it is no reflection of their service that I left. It was the direct result of Western Financial. So if you don't have the time in your life to babysit your broker. I do not recommend this company.
