    I was shopping around for my auto insurance, and somebody recommended me to this company. I gave them a call, filled out the required forms, then heard nothing back from the company. Within two weeks I had to made several calls to get a quote, eventually sent me a quote with the most ridiculous offer (10months up front payment of more than 5000$). Skip this place, don't waste your time, do your own research.

    Just wanted to say that TJ was very helpful and knowledgible in answering my questions and putting together a quote for my Tenants Insurance policy. She took care of everything and found me exactly what I wanted at a great price (less than what I expected to pay)! She made the whole process fun and interesting - something you don't usually find in the insurance industry. It was a very enjoyable experience because of her. Any time I have called in, all the staff have all be very helpful and friendly. It is so good to deal with a company that places such a high value on customer satisfaction and I plan on dealing with them for a long time.

    Worked with TJ she was very helpful went the extra mile and went over my property insurance to let me know what I needed to have everything covered. Also Janet helped me as well did a great job getting back to me through email and phone never had to chase her down she was always on the back
