  Do not recommend TD Auto Insurance. My car was involved in a parking lot accident where another driver reversed into my completely stationary vehicle. Despite clear dashcam evidence showing that my car was not in motion, TD Insurance deemed the accident 50/50 fault. The dashcam footage clearly shows: • My car had already stopped and was fully stationary before impact. • The other driver had ample time and space to see my vehicle but failed to pay attention while reversing. • This was not a case of two cars backing up at the same time — it was a moving vehicle colliding into a stopped vehicle. Even after reviewing the video, both Ritu Patel and Kevin Vo (manager) acknowledged that my car was stationary but still claimed “both vehicles were backing up at the same time,” which the video clearly disproves. This was an extremely unfair judgment and poor handling of my case. TD Insurance ignored clear evidence and failed to apply proper reasoning to determine fault. If you’re looking for an auto insurance provider that makes fair and accurate decisions based on evidence and knows how to utilize the law fairly, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

  I do not recommend this location. The body shop forgot to do all the work required on the car. I had to bring it back for a second time, which meant taking more time off work, and arranging another rental car. They also did work that required a wheel alignment, which they did not do, and were forced to pay out of pocket for. After the car was picked up we noticed some unusual sounds and the car was not the same as before the accident. The auto body shop manager dismissed the concerns without looking into it. It turns out that it is a problem, and now they claim the damage wasn't from the accident, so they won't cover it. TD sells the customer on the "convenience" of bringing your car to their Auto Center. From my experience I would of been better off getting the car fixed right the first time at the dealership or elsewhere, and dealing with the adjuster during the process. They told me they will restore the car to the original condition prior to the accident, they didn't, they lied to my face and smiled the whole time. Once this is resolved (if they do resolve it, I doubt it) I will no longer be a TD insurance customer, and never use this body shop.
