  Have RAVE about this location! BARB is absolutely amazing! She helped me understand my entitlements after being rear ended. And her demeaner is just so calming and caring! She saw that I had to change my items over to my car from the rental in -30 blowing snow and offered to watch my toddler while I did it. She disappeared and returned with crayons and a teddy bear for my son and made my very overwhelmed brain feel so safe and at ease. I absolutely appreciate her in so many ways. The repair shop also did a FANTASRIC job with my vehicle! The guys are so kind and thorough. Not sure why this location doesn't have ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐... I've been here twice for two seperate incidence and each time ... It's fantastic... The front desk people are great, the guys at the rental desk are the best!!! I always feel like everyone actually cares!!!

  Do not recommend TD Auto Insurance. My car was involved in a parking lot accident where another driver reversed into my completely stationary vehicle. Despite clear dashcam evidence showing that my car was not in motion, TD Insurance deemed the accident 50/50 fault. The dashcam footage clearly shows: • My car had already stopped and was fully stationary before impact. • The other driver had ample time and space to see my vehicle but failed to pay attention while reversing. • This was not a case of two cars backing up at the same time — it was a moving vehicle colliding into a stopped vehicle. Even after reviewing the video, both Ritu Patel and Kevin Vo (manager) acknowledged that my car was stationary but still claimed “both vehicles were backing up at the same time,” which the video clearly disproves. This was an extremely unfair judgment and poor handling of my case. TD Insurance ignored clear evidence and failed to apply proper reasoning to determine fault. If you’re looking for an auto insurance provider that makes fair and accurate decisions based on evidence and knows how to utilize the law fairly, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.
