  I would give zero stars if I could, and I didn't even become a customer! If you're used to calling an insurance company and just simply getting insurance, be warned that the process with TD is going to take AT BEST a month. I filled out an auto insurance quote online and while expensive, it was over $100/mo cheaper than anyone else. I called to go ahead and they emailed me the most horrible Alberta gov't Application for Auto Insurance pdf form to complete. It wouldn't open on my phone so I had to use a computer at work on my break. I did the best I could, filling in the info they already had. Many places didn't provide enough space so I put the information in the Remarks section, as the form directed. On the date my current insurance expired, they sent it back as "incomplete", and resubmitting would take another TEN business days. Upon review I cannot see how I could have done any better or differently. So I walked into AMA and had insurance in less than an hour (granted, a lot more expensive, but then again, it actually EXISTS)...and best of all, no S.P.F.1 form to fill out!! I can only imagine how badly they must treat those customers whose money they've already gotten their talons on.

  TD is a bad company. Clearly outsourced customer service to India. Punjabi music and Indians talking in the background, along with the representative having a microphone very far away so I could barely hear them over all the noise. Extremely unprofessional. Over an hour chat just to get them to send me an email which I still haven't received. I am desperately fighting to give them money for the car insurance quote I got online, and they're making it the hardest thing in the world.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Neethu at TD Auto Insurance, and she went above and beyond for us. Without even being asked, she stepped up and did everything she could to secure us full coverage at the best possible rates. Our case was a little complicated, but she handled it with professionalism, kindness, and determination—it truly made all the difference. Neethu is AMAZING! She’s a top-tier employee, and I honestly wish I could call and deal with her directly every time. Because of the service she gave us, I would highly recommend TD Auto Insurance.   Not very good at communication, constantly makes mistakes, unwilling to make up for them... take my advice and go with someone else... very unhappy with the service from td insurance. I tried to communicate, they were not very helpful.
