    Worse customer service. Waited on the line to get a quote for over 30 minutes and some guy in another country answered, then the line dropped after 12 minutes of providing him my information.

    Hi I want to tell all td customers. Adjuster name - Ahsan Sulemani He is a greedy person. He handle my case with zero knowledge. He charged me dollar for those with car repair centre that parts not need to fix and even they did not touch it my car parts. Car hit left side and charged me for Emblem and other small things that made $200-400 extra without touch or correct car parts. I sent couple of emails to correct invoice either done work on car that they charged me. I haven’t get single reply back from silly guy! Supervisor Ruby Narg of this location also contact him to reply he doesn’t care about td customers. I will change my insurance next year. Don’t recommend this location for Ne folks they can choose another location for Td centre with honest adjusters not with thief guys.

    My recent experience with TD Insurance and the TD Auto Centre was extremely disappointing and concerning. After my vehicle was in their care for 6 weeks, it was returned to us with a serious issue that posed a potential safety risk. Shortly after picking up the car, we noticed loud scraping noises when driving forward and even worse sounds when backing up. When we contacted TD for help, no one could explain the cause. It wasn’t until we brought the vehicle in for a routine oil change and brake replacement that the real problem was discovered: the metal shield for the EVAP system had been bent so severely that it was scraping against the left rear tire. It took 4 strong men to bend it back into place, clearly not something that happens from normal driving, hitting a pothole or a curb. TD failed to acknowledge or take accountability for this damage, despite the fact that the car had no unusual noises when we initially brought it in as documented. Returning the vehicle to us in this unsafe condition without investigation or explanation was not only unprofessional but also negligent. Had the tire’s sidewall torn while driving, the outcome could have been catastrophic. Thanks to the team who worked on the car for fixing the issue at no cost; something TD should have addressed immediately. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend TD Insurance or the TD Auto Centre. Their lack of responsibility, oversight, and care for customer safety was extremely disappointing.

    These people are incompetent brought my vehicle in to get its bumper fixed, and they destroyed my ignition because I didn’t realize you got to push the key and then turn instead they just cranked it. You can tell that’s what they did and they destroyed the pin that locks your key in position when you shut your vehicle off now, I have to jiggle my key to start my truck. I am beyond enraged.

    This is extremely bad experience with TD insurance auto center Hopewell location. The car accident is not my fault, but I was carrying all the miserable solutions, the adjuster from Kenneth Eziashi, Arvin and Nikhil , the Kenneth did the initial inspection, but the driver’s seat headrest is big open after the car initially inspected which is not found, and I went to the Hopewell TD auto center for help, Arvin asked me to go the Mercedes dealer to fix, and after the body repair finished, the rear bumper cover off reapply, and I was told that is suspension issue and the car just have maintenance three months before the car accident, the facts show the suspension issue is from the car accident, I contacted the adjuster Nikhil through the email and phone again and again and no response, I have to contact the head office customer service, finally Nikhil reached me and asked me to fix by myself and I paid from my pocket for partial repair, a few months later the rear bumper cover is finally missing, the body shop Ruby refused to the service and confirmed they never checked the mechanical system. Now the car back door cannot open and the rear bumper cover missing, the suspension partial repair, I already paid from my pocket $4,000 and I need continue to repair for safety driving, that estimate need another $ 6,000 , it is not included the rear bumper cover repair. The all cost from my pocket should more than $10,000 for this car accident even I have zero fault. I have to contact the resolution care center from May 1, 2025 to July 3 the customer service manager Caroline walker claimed she never received my email, then I sent emails every week according the customer service head office instruction, July 28, 2025 Caroline sent email to me : TD is unable reimburse for my damage payment and kicked me to senior customer complain office . TD has never have the really service for my case and they work with careless attitude and kick me like ball to anywhere and let me carrying all the cost of their mistakes which is not included the timing and stress due to TD careless adjuster’s work . The car accident is one layer harm and TD adjusters and solution care center manager can be another layer harm. We are not customers, and we are just payees. TD auto insurance never conducted the care for their customer and fighting for they customer.
