This is extremely bad experience with TD insurance auto center Hopewell location. The car accident is not my fault, but I was carrying all the miserable solutions, the adjuster from Kenneth Eziashi, Arvin and Nikhil , the Kenneth did the initial inspection, but the driver’s seat headrest is big open after the car initially inspected which is not found, and I went to the Hopewell TD auto center for help, Arvin asked me to go the Mercedes dealer to fix, and after the body repair finished, the rear bumper cover off reapply, and I was told that is suspension issue and the car just have maintenance three months before the car accident, the facts show the suspension issue is from the car accident, I contacted the adjuster Nikhil through the email and phone again and again and no response, I have to contact the head office customer service, finally Nikhil reached me and asked me to fix by myself and I paid from my pocket for partial repair, a few months later the rear bumper cover is finally missing, the body shop Ruby refused to the service and confirmed they never checked the mechanical system. Now the car back door cannot open and the rear bumper cover missing, the suspension partial repair, I
already paid from my pocket $4,000 and I need continue to repair for safety driving, that estimate need another $ 6,000 , it is not included the rear bumper cover repair. The all cost from my pocket should more than $10,000 for this car accident even I have zero fault. I have to contact the resolution care center from May 1, 2025 to July 3 the customer service manager Caroline walker claimed she never received my email, then I sent emails every week according the customer service head office instruction, July 28, 2025 Caroline sent email to me : TD is unable reimburse for my damage payment and kicked me to senior customer complain office . TD has never have the really service for my case and they work with careless attitude and kick me like ball to anywhere and let me carrying all the cost of their mistakes which is not included the timing and stress due to TD careless adjuster’s work . The car accident is one layer harm and TD adjusters and solution care center manager can be another layer harm. We are not customers, and we are just payees. TD auto insurance never conducted the care for their customer and fighting for they customer.
