- TNtriplets nicop11Dec 28, 20251.0TD insurance is worse as they never entertain and they have got very padded policies where its really for someone to find a best solution, i have taken a full coverage to all but when my call stolen they said u don’t hold a theft coverage, so no claim thanks tata bye bye. There is no point of being loyal 7 years with TD,,, no re consideration or anything. The claim guys wasn’t even ready in speaking me. Bad bad service…!!!

They repaired and repainted a section of my car, but less than two years later the paint has started chipping badly and the area is now rusted. This is the exact spot they worked on, so it’s hard to believe the repair was done properly or with quality materials. For the amount I pay in insurance, I expected the repair to last much longer than this. Paint failure and rust in under two years is unacceptable for professional autobody work. I would not recommend TD insurance or this shop if you’re looking for long-term, durable repairs.

- ASajoy sehgalNov 8, 20253.0Had my 2024 Rogue repaired here after it was hit by a truck. Unfortunately, the experience was not very good. I was promised a full detailing, but the job was poorly done — the car wasn’t even that dirty to begin with, yet it came back looking scuffed and unfinished. The body repair work also wasn’t up to standard. The Platinum AWD badge on the back was installed crooked, and the letter “P” from “Platinum” was missing, even though it was supposed to be supplied by Nissan. It would have made more sense to wait until the full set of letters arrived before installing them. I expected more attention to detail and quality from a body shop, especially for a newer vehicle like this.
