    If I could post zero stars for this place, I would. This place will shortcut anything and everything they could possibly get away with. There is zero quality control. My car was keyed and they originally they told me 11 days for the repair. I came to pick up my car, visible scratches across the hood and bubbles under the 3M film. They tried to get me to accept it anyways I refused. They attempted to fix it a second time and when I came to pick it up, there was visible scratches transposed under the finish and dark gray rub marks under the 3M film. It has now been eight weeks since I had my car they had to strip the hood completely and redo everything because Have a few scratches. Whenever I called to check up on my car, they keep telling me should be tomorrow should be the day after tomorrow etc. My manager just has to look at it, but nobody ever looks at it and nobody ever follows up and nobody communicates. This was an absolutely brutal experience. I would not recommend anybody go here. I would avoid it if at all possible I’m so disappointed. If you do decide to go here, I would do so with an abundance of caution and be very careful.

    Stay away from this location and possibly the insurance company as well. As a TD customer for over 20 years I have had nothing but trouble with them, after keeping my car for over 2 months the returning it with broken interior parts incorrectly matched paint and parts from a 3rd party company, poor 3M coating the list goes on without so much as an apology. I now have my car at Carstar McKnight to correct this disaster and already see the improvement with Rob telling the insurance company it gets fixed my way or take the car somewhere else as he stands behind his work. Oh yah last part I’ve been fighting with the insurance company for almost a year holding them accountable for this mess

    Had to take my car here for insurance repairs. If you have insurance with TD I would highly recommend this location. From the time I dropped off my car until I picked it up when the repairs were done, I recieved top notch, A+ service. The repair work was awesome.
