- RRRahafJun 12, 20251.0Very disappointed with this insurance company. I had a hail damage claim and was given the option to choose where to repair my car. I chose to fix it at the dealership, but unfortunately, the dealership did not do a proper job. When I contacted the insurance company for support, they were unhelpful and told me I had to deal with the dealership directly. Their response was not only unhelpful but also very rude and dismissive. On top of that, they had previously increased my premium from $300 to $600 without proper justification. With the amount of money I paid, I expected better service and more respect. I’m very glad I switched to another insurance provider.

You can never get ahold of anyone, my claim was handed off to multiple people and none of them answer their phone or call back. I haven't had a window installed in my vehicle for 4 months, through an Alberta winter, and am paying for full coverage. Bad customer service.
