  If I can give rating I will not even give 1. I am extremely dissatisfied with my auto claim. I reported my claim in August 2024, and now, at the end of 2025, my vehicle repairs are still not complete. Approximately seven adjusters have been assigned to my claim. I requested a call from a manager and filed a complaint with the Ombuds office, yet I have received no response. The recommended shop has been highly incompetent, missing critical components during the repair process. DCCHail only acknowledged their mistakes after I raised concerns multiple times—requiring four to five visits and direct escalation to their director. As someone who works in the insurance industry, I feel blindsided by this entire process and the poor level of customer service provided. We have been paying insurance and lease payments since August 2024 for a vehicle we have not been able to use because repairs remain incomplete. Based on our calculations, we have paid approximately $34,000 for a vehicle that is neither repaired nor usable, and there is still no clear timeline for completion as parts are pending. I have yet to receive any contact from TD Ombuds or the manager, Madisan Gananendran. Whenever we raised concerns and copied the adjuster, there was no service provided—nor even a courtesy phone call or email. After submitting my complaint, I received the first email from my new adjuster on December 4, 2025, despite originally escalating to vendor management, Ombuds, the adjuster, and DCCHail on November 25, 2025. Adjuster claims to contact me on Dec 4, 2025 but I had no record of contact or voicemail other than email which I responded to and also requested to speak with Manager. This is very unprofessional of company where their response time is 72 Hrs per ombuds and no one contacts me from their department since Nov 25, 2025 or from Manager since Dec 4, 2025. I am sitting at almost 2 weeks of no response to my complaint. I am deeply dissatisfied and would not recommend this company to anyone, especially when it comes to claims handling and trusting their preferred vendors. I have been advised to contact CBC Go Public and share our experience with everyone and at this point we are strongly considering this.

  If I could give less than one star I would. Appalling service. Stolen vehicle recovered before an adjuster provided any service at all. Nobody else to talk to. Absolutely disgraceful.
