- DEDawn EntelFeb 7, 20201.0I have rented and completly bought out my contracts with them in the past. Went back for a washer/dryer set. First they scheduled for delivery on Monday.... Called them Monday they moved it to Thursday. Okay no big deal we would make due. Thursday rolls in around 130 give them a call "supposedly" out of my 4 references they were still waitong on 1 reference and my landlady to call back! Excuse me we OWN our home. Mind you they could of said something on Monday when I called and had Tuesday and Wednesday to call me and let me know so they could deliver my set. Told them to cancel contract. Who I would reccomend now is Rent A Center. In 15 minutes over the phone they updated our old information, took my payment for a set and let us pick up the set that day. Mind you Rent A Center has a 6 month same as cash! What really irks me about this is how many times I have rented AND BOUGHT OUT MY CONTRACTS and they treat you like your someone brand new in their establishment and or just didn't want to do their job!!

Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. It is not a loan, credit, or financing. While no credit history is required for Aaron’s different digital approval processes, we do obtain information from consumer reporting agencies in connection with your lease application.You will not own the leased merchandise or acquire ownership rights unless you make all your lease renewal payments or exercise an early purchase option. Not all applicants are approved.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
