I came in there with a preapproval and was looking at items… they seemed to want you to buy everything as a bulk deal. I wanted a computer chair, but I have to buy the computer desk that I don’t need…. I wanted to buy a PS item but you have to buy the whole PlayStation five…. Those are two separate items they do not go together they can be played together. I should not have to purchase both… when I showed that I was unsatisfied with the choices that they were making instead of saying they’ll speak to a manager or even trying to work with me. They just was like that’s what our manager wants. They want them sold together so they can sell them out… but it makes no sense to me why they wouldn’t just sell one without the other because at least they’d be selling something.. luckily for me I was able to go over to another location and get my items… very disappointed in their customer service.. and these are the decisions that have made most locations close out

We’ve paid off and own all our merchandise and had even been looking forward to a new laundry and sectional set. However, Robin (I believe a manager) is absolutely horrid. I cannot even begin to describe the emotional distress this woman has put me in. After speaking with corporate, it appears this location is a franchise making it even harder to get assistance from higher ups. Thank you to the other manager who was great and was able to resolve our issue in a matter of seconds.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
