We were looking for a bedroom set. Walked the showroom, but couldn't find what we were looking for. Shannon came over, introduced herself, and helped us find out set at their online selections. Shannon helped us thru the process, and we are waiting delivery of our set at a fair price for the quality storage bedroom set we chose.

Rice Lake Furnish 123. Ordered four backless stools on 7/16/25. Salesman MTG told us 2 to 4 weeks. On 9/26/25 I called to follow up where our order was. The person I talked to researched the order and came back on the phone saying it will be ready for pickup on 10-3. I asked why it has taken so long? All he said was, this is the only information I was given. When we picked up the stools today, we asked why it took over TWO MONTHS AND WE HAD TO CALL!! When we were promised two to four weeks. The salesperson blamed it on Natalie. He said this was our salesperson who supposed to call. Which was a lie and didn’t explain the gross wait. MTG was our salesman. Not sure if I can trust to do business again with Furnish 123. Our first experience was great. This one seems like no one cared and no one took responsibility.
