Please take the extra two minutes and go to Ace or Home Depot. I went to Lowes to take advantage of the dewalt tool deals . The employee who helped me checked the item numbers and grabbed the tool which should be free with the buy two batteries get the tool free deal. All the cabinets were locked and the employees are the only people who have access. When we got the register the employee at the check out struggled and didn't have a radio to call anyone. After a half hour the manager Lisa finally showed up. She took 15 minutes to investigate only to come back and tell me the tool was in the wrong place and I would have to pay full price for the tool. So be aware that even though you are not allowed to touch the tools and the only one with access to the cabinets is them, you are still responsible for there mistakes. They even walk the tools to the register just to hand it to the person working the register. So good luck checking the item #. Take the extra two minutes and go anywhere else. It's not worth the time and headaches. Learn from my wasted 45 minutes in the register with 0 help or answers.

BEWARE W/APPLIANCE DELIVERY. Process is a disaster. Lowe’s uses JB Hunt, clearly that relationship has gone south because Lowe’s will no longer handle anything once JB Hunts picks up. Quite the shock and dealing with JB Hunt is a disaster. Back to shopping in-store and ordering with a reputable delivery company online

*******Never use Lowes installation!!!!!*******I had a patio door installed 6-7 months ago now. Horrible installation. They came and looked at three times gave me the oh boy I don't know what we can do about that. This one began as install around MAY 24th 2025. This came with crappy side problems also. We will do it Monday. Take the day off of work. No show. Great, installers daughter is having serious medical issue. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later, take a day off work, they call and cancel at 10 am. Job start was 7 am. Wanna guess the reason? Installer has a medical issue, its serious he may not make it. Yep, we will install next week Tuesday. It is a poorly done job. After inspection I contact Lowes. Lowes says contact Pella. Pella says its a installation issue contact Lowes. Lowes installation sends people out to "fix" the issues 3 times over months of waiting. Never did a thing. Took allot of pictures did nothing. Long story short, I have new door being installed sometime in the middle of winter. There is spray foam from the first install all over the floor, kitchen table and chairs. It does not come off. Lowes does not care. The grand finale? The door was installed crooked so it needs full replacement. No, I was not a jerk or rude to anyone. It is December 1st 2025 and I am angry. Kevin Geurts
