The labels on the plants are washed off on many of them so you can't tell which variety you're getting and if you ask for help you'll get a shrug. The pricing is confusing and you don't find out until you get to the cash register that you misinterpreted it until you realize that your price tag is $50 more than you were expecting. And, the cherry on top, the owner selects when he wants to wear his mask :/
