- DPDavide PasqualiDec 15, 20251.0To start even to sign up I spent 1 hour and I had to go back as well ...Then the app was not working for my driver the guy at the front desk there is lazy.. not good ,system sucks before you can get the elevator you have to wait till at app unlock the door and is not happening right away you have to wait even to close my account after I when there I had to go again because they said I had to open the unit they can't ( the lazy guy told me )....and the place is near by a store house of weed you need to close your nose... ...I won't recommend it at all

It was fast and easy but I was having difficulties with the app. Between Kathy and Christopher, they were both amazing and direct with what I needed and helped as much as they could to solve the issue. I'm on a time crunch and couldn't solve the issue right away and had to cancel my rental unit but the team there , especially Chris, are amazing. Maybe in the future if I need a storage unit on the fly, I'm definitely coming back to them.
