- MCMario CruzOct 24, 20251.0I walked in into the store hoping to recognize someone from when I use to work there, and I got zero welcome, zero acknowledgement, like I didn't even exist, when I ask for the manager , the response I have was like , she is in the restroom, haha, whatever happened to take care of the customer! Really bad experience!

I’ve spoken with the manager three different times and each time I was told something different—which ended up being untrue. The furniture I purchased, which I am already 70% paid off, has completely fallen apart. The headrests don’t stay on, the lining is coming out, and the recliner doesn’t even work. When I brought this up, the manager admitted that these couches were known to have these issues, then turned around and called it “normal wear and tear.” That makes no sense. I asked simply to have my couches fixed or replaced, especially since they admitted the couches were no good. I even offered to pay extra for a new set, but nothing has been done. I’ve been fighting this for a while now. One worker even suggested I contact corporate because she has left numerous notes for the manager and still no action was taken. The only person who has shown me any real help has been Jasmine in billing—she has been great. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience has been terrible. Bad business. Terrible customer service. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—go elsewhere.

I will say yes you do need to plan some time when you are headed in or call ahead and you can make an appointment if you are busy. I was a little frustrated that we did everything online and we were not told online that it would take 5-7 days to get to the store first and then they would call and schedule for delivery. Luckily I called them first cause I was really anxious to get my new washer!!! However Pete the manager took over and it was a very nice smooth transaction and they were awesome!! I have and will recommend them to anyone.

We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s offers a great selection of name brand products, with affordable payments and flexible choices on how to own your merchandise. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. It is not a loan, credit, or financing. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
