There was only one guy in the store who gave me a full 3 seconds of attention and told me that. Either I was lied to or all these reviewers have a nice a trailer bed and truck. I live 1.2 miles away and was duped by glowing recommendations from Nextdoor about a local repair shop on Trent. Please be transparent and add that condition of repair in your pitch on Google and elsewhere as an 'appliance repair' place. Do not withhold critical information like that. EDIT: The owner posted a reply, which tells me they care and are serving the community you the best of their abilities. I'd suggest adding "appliances and at-store repairs" for capturing the larger needs/market of the greater Spokane area

The only real wait time involved was waiting for the part to ship to the location. Loading dock in the back makes it easy to back up your truck and unload the appliances
