I’ve had Pure Clean clean my carpets for years. They are a great company and do a fantastic job. Every technician who comes is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and very detailed. They protect my walls and corners and make my 18 year old carpets look almost new again. Forest, who came to do the cleaning yesterday, could not have been more pleasant and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

I had a 3rd floor condo that needed move out carpet cleaning. Ben, the carpet cleaning tech, was friendly, efficient and provided a great service! Prior to cleaning, PureClean gave me an in-home estimate and the price/value was very reasonable. Excellent communication and scheduling system with automated confirmation/reminder texts.

Ben was friendly as he entered our home. Very respectful. Talked through all the things he was going to do to clean our couch. We reviewed future cleaning options and how to maintain the couch between cleanings. Finished in an hour. Left our house in the same order he found it.

Nathan was very friendly and professional. The job was excellent. I had to get carpet and couch clean due to my newly acquired dust mite and dog allergy. It is definitely a lot easier to breathe in this household! Excellent job getting rid of the allergens would definitely recommend. Super nice people. They seem compassionate about helping. Great job!
Update: unfortunately they damaged my couch. I called to complain, but the technician said that those spots were already there. I know my couch and would notice damage like that instantly. This looks like the threads were pulled from the couch by a powerful vacuum or some type of strong suction. Not only that, I am still finding dander and still dealing with symptoms from my allergies. So that guaranteed 99% allergen removal they claim is not entirely true. I'm a little disappointed because I spent a good chunk of money to get it cleaned.
Not only that, there is mold/mildew that started forming on my cushion. I left the pillows breathe all day because that's what they told me to do. Or at least for four hours is what they said. Definitely not worth the money I paid for.
I would have given them a lower rating but the technician was friendly and helpful.
Having said that, yes it was not worth the couch cleaning for me personally.

I had high expectations from this company, given the ratings and the reviews. I used their service for general carpet cleaning for downstairs area and staircase recently. What I got was an average experience overall and left me disappointed in a few ways.
My technician was Nathan. He had a friendly personality and did a good job on the cleaning side (it is a bit hard to mess up a simple steam cleaning). Where I was disappointed was in the overall vibe and communication gaps with Pureclean frontdesk. I'll explain: First, from the time Nathan arrived, it was almost like watching a pharma ad - he kept listing a zillion ways things could go wrong or that end result may be underwhelming and he is not responsible for that. Yes, I get the disclaimer part - but how about start with "hey, I am here to help you..."? Second - there were several miscommunications between him and Pureclean frontdesk. The prep email I received clearly stated that I can use their services for vacuuming for $10 a room. Nathan debunked it and said there could be "cross contamination when using vacuums across homes". Also, I was told that the technician will make best effort to move furniture as they clean. Nathan outright refused to do it, citing liability. This left me scrambling by myself to ge the rooms ready real time as he started cleaning! Also, he still charged me for full sqft of the room even though some area was covered by furnitures that was never moved, and hence cleaned. He over counted the steps of the stairs and I had to correct him...
I don't know if the technicians are Pureclean employees or just contractors. The way he did not show much ownership or customer obsession, I think the latter (he kept saying "I" all the time - like. "I bring my own water"... also he charged $35 for environmental fee that I was not told about...)
Sorry to be "that" guy who broke the bubble with this review. But I thought this might help someone...
