I didn't catch the carpet cleaner's name, but he was also great and our carpet and area rugs were cleaned way faster than I expected. And my mom's recliner hasn't looked as clean since buying it.

After a thorough inspection he provided options and made recommendations based on actual need not a desire to up charge. Our carpet looks and smells better than new and we will absolutely work with him again.

Ben Youn was my tech and he was so great to work with, explained the whole process, was extremely thorough and made me feel super comfortable throughout the day. He was warm and easy to connect with, the service was great and I'll definitely have them back again within the year! They feel like your friends and professionals at the same time. Worth the money.

I had Forest come out for a general walk through of my home and he pointed out all the pet urine spots left behind by the previous homeowner. He was very honest with me and didn't try to upset me at all. He explained everything clearly and was patient with all the questions I had. I booked an appointment the following week and Chandler showed up. He came later than they usually do upon my request given my work ends late. He answered all my questions and did a thorough job of cleaning my carpet. NO MORE URINE SMELL (At least the day after). I also had to leave early and chandler locked up the home and cracked open the windows for me. Overall I am very happy with their service. I also got a quote from another carpet cleaning service which was a decent chunk cheaper, but I am glad I went with pureclean given how well everything came out!
